The Donut Mastopexy is utilized to correct and move the nipple up a small amount. Reducing the amount of incisions by isolating the incision to directly around the nipple-areolar complex, and sometimes extending to a small vertical arm on the breast. The technique is best utilized for ladies that have very little droop of the breast but need to have the nipple-areolar complex elevated just slightly. Forming a fresh appearance to the breast. Ranging anywhere from 1 to 3cm of lift. The Donut Mastopexy cannot.be utilized for nipples fall below the base of the breast or more than 3 cm below the desired position of the nipple.
